The James Webb Space Telescope has been on its way for some time. During it, he has to complete several tasks in order to reach the destination safely. One of them is to tighten the sun visor. On Monday, three layers of the sun shield were successfully tensioned. The thickest of the five layers is 50 micrometers thick. The first three layers were stretched for about 5,5 hours.
