SpaceX's plan is clear. KosStarship spaceships should launch from floating spaceports, which should be located approximately thirty kilometers from land. One of the reasons is, for example, the high noise level during launch. SpaceX is already slowly preparing for launch, as the company has purchased two oil rigs in the Port of Brownsville, Texas. A CNBC reporter said on Twitter that they will indeed be converted into spaceports for Starship.
