Here we could include, for example, smart watch, bracelets, headphones, action cameras and many others. In today's review, however, we will focus on the first named item, specifically on men's smart watches Alligator Smart Watch Pro.
Aligator has long since stopped focusing solely on phones for seniors, but its offering includes smart headphones, smartphones, and the aforementioned watches. The biggest attraction here is the price. ProThe product is available for less than two thousand, and yet it offers the user countless great features. But is it worth investing in such a "cheap" watch, or is it just a futile attempt on the part of Aligator? That's exactly what we'll focus on today.
Packaging and its contents

At first glance, I was attracted by the packaging of this product. The watch is hidden in a rather small, practical box, the size of which perfectly matches the contents. After opening it, the first thing that "smiled" at me was the watch itself with a high-quality steel strap. Then, all I had to do was pull it out and look inside the box. Under the foam padding and paper insert, there is a very simple instruction manual, which is completely in Czech.
I would like to dwell on the documentation itself. This is a very practical and, above all, short guide that was able to provide me with the main information about the watch. I personally have to praise its processing. With competing products, we can quite often come across so-called universal instructions in several languages, where we have to look for the necessary information among a pile of other ballast. Under the documentation, there are two more straps, specifically leather and rubber, and a power cable that connects to the watch magnetically.
Design – We cannot find better in this price category
I personally have no complaints about the design. Aligator Smart Watch Pro can undoubtedly be described as an elegant watch that combines the look of classic models with the gadgets of their smarter colleagues. However, what I was afraid of before getting this product was its overall impression. I was worried that the watch would generally seem somewhat cheap. This concern of mine was refuted almost immediately, as soon as I took the product in my hands.
As soon as I picked up the watch, my heart sank. Despite the low price, the product feels high-quality and, thanks to its weight, it feels like a fairly durable product. I would like to dwell on the colors themselves. Specifically, we have a choice of three variant, which give us a total of nine individual variawhose. Pro For the purposes of our testing, we received two pieces, with a black and a silver steel strap.

As I mentioned in the paragraph about the packaging, there are two additional straps in the box, thanks to which we can perfectly match the watch to, for example, an outfit or a certain occasion. Specifically, it is a leather and rubber strap. Of all of them, I liked the leather strap the most. It fits perfectly on the hand, has a lot of holes for different wrist sizes and is very comfortable at the same time. I also kept it on for sleeping afterwards, but we'll get to that in a moment.
If I were to summarize the design of the watch as such in general, I would undoubtedly have to rate it positively. The watch looks high-quality, robust and at the same time retains its elegant design. I even dare to say that we probably wouldn't find a more beautiful smart watch for men in this price group.

Today's smartwatches have to meet a certain standard. This means they have to be able to record the user's steps, offer a quality display, good battery life, water resistance and a number of basic functions. This is where Aligator comes in with its Smart Watch. Pro hand in hand. The watch can quite accurately and elegantly monitor the number of steps, distance traveled and calories burned, offers the option of automatic heart rate measurement, thanks to which it then displays great graphs in the application, can control multimedia playback from the phone, can serve as a personal trainer for a number of different sports, can display the weather forecast, news and also boasts a practical stopwatch. We must not forget the IP67/68 certification, thanks to which the watch is not afraid of water.
At the same time, everything works wonderfully quickly. During testing, I never once encountered a single snag that would make using the watch unpleasant. In this regard, I would like to emphasize the functionality of the 1,28" round IPS display. It offers a resolution of 240×240 pixels and responds perfectly to any user touch. I don't have a single complaint about the controls, because in short, everything works as it should. In this regard, I would like to highlight the two side buttons, which are intended to facilitate the control itself.
Battery
It is not for nothing that they say that perfection consists of small things. I was incredibly excited by one such little thing on the watch. The product is charged via a USB cable with a magnetic attachment, which I have already mentioned. As you can see in the attached GIF below, simply put the aforementioned cable near the back of the watch itself and it will automatically be attached and charging will be initialized. Although this is a rather insignificant gadget, believe me, it can make the use of the product very pleasant to a great extent.
What also pleasantly surprised me about the product was the battery life. The watch offers a 200mAh battery and should offer up to 10 days of continuous operation. Of course, this figure decreases with use. With the continuous heart rate function active, I was able to use the watch for almost a week.
Features that would Apple Watch they could be envious
The watch continues to offer two amazing features that I was honestly surprised by. Aligator Smart Watch Pro They can measure blood oxygen saturation without any problems, which allows the user to instantly inform the user about the oxygenation of their blood. For example, Apple Watch users only got this feature with this generation. Apple Watch, whose price tag is ten thousand more. The measurement itself is then started directly on the watch, where the given value appears in a few seconds.
Blood pressure measurement - Does it really work?
But I consider a slightly different function to be a complete blockbuster – blood pressure measurement . When I read about this option, I didn't pay much attention to it. I didn't expect any accurate results from a product worth less than two thousand crowns, and therefore I took the function as just such an addition. However, as soon as I had the watch on my hand, I told myself that I would perform a simple test. I would measure my pressure using the watch and then check the value using a classic blood pressure monitor, which is available, for example, in pharmacies.
And what was the result? At first, I couldn't believe what I saw. As you can see in the attached picture, the data differs only by a few units, which speaks clearly in favor of the Aligator smart watch. In addition, all blood pressure measurement data is automatically synchronized with the corresponding mobile application, thanks to which we have all the data in one place again. This function will be especially appreciated by people suffering from hypertension or hypotension. The measurement is much more pleasant, because you only need to tap the watch a few times and you're done. In addition, we can show the subsequent data to the doctor or share it with him in the form of a picture.
In any case, it is necessary to take into account that this is not a certified medical facility and therefore you should not rely too much on the data. In case of any problems, it is a matter of course to see a doctor. The watch can only indicate to you that something is wrong with you, for example, but a specific diagnosis is always determined by a doctor.
Proconnection with the application
I've mentioned the mobile app a few times in this review. The watch specifically connects to a program called GloryFit, where we first set up some basic information about ourselves and then we can proceed. The app is available in the store App Store (whose Google Play) for free and can ensure complete communication between the watch and the smartphoneonem. In this case, I must again appreciate the clarity and simplicity. On the main page, you can immediately see the daily goal, sleep information, and heart rate measurement along with blood pressure.

On other tabs, we can, for example, start monitoring sports activities, edit our user profile, or change certain settings of the watch itself. Specifically, we can set notifications for incoming calls, messages, notifications from applications, etc. At the same time, one of the most important features of the product is also located here - the choice of watch faces.
Customize your watch
No smartwatch should be without a variety of watch faces. This is exactly what they were aware of when developing the Aligator Smart Watch. Pro, because in the area of watch faces, the watch offers truly extensive options. In the aforementioned GloryFit application, in the device tab, you can go to their selection, where you will find a wide range of wonderfully crafted designs. I really like such a wide selection, from which I believe that everyone will really choose.
We have a choice of either analog, simple designs, or we can go for more complex designs that, in addition to the time, also display the date, heart rate, number of steps, and the like. The choice is always up to the user and his preferences. And what if someone can't choose? In such a situation, they will surely appreciate the possibility to set their own image or photo directly on the watch face.
Sleep monitoring and analysis
A smartwatch should definitely be able to monitor sleep. The Aligator Smart Watch is the best at this. Pro with time and offers a relatively easy solution. ProThe device can recognize your sleep and then analyze it. How does it work? The solution is very similar to sleep monitoring, which we can find, for example, in Xiaomi products. The application shows us the duration of light and deep sleep, as well as how many minutes (or hours) we woke up for at night.
I really like the mentioned analysis. The application informs you about the quality of sleep and compares it with other users in the same age group. Personally, I've been going to bed pretty late these past few days. As you can see in the attached gallery, this is exactly why GloryFit is telling me I'm sleep deprived and falling asleep too late. Anyway, the interesting thing is that I still sleep more than 12,1% of people of the same age.
Summary - Is it worth it?

ProI would personally recommend this product to those users who are looking for a high-quality and comfortable smartwatch that combines a great design with a low price. The watch has no competition in terms of design, BUT - the "measurement" of O2 and blood pressure is done by some algorithm, nothing is actually measured, so it is an inconclusive figure.
If, after 50 measurements, the data coincided with a regular pressure gauge, then I would only believe it.
He can watch or app to measure daytime sleep? And more sleep in one day? Even the Mi Fit can't do that and it needs to be solved with a third-party app.

Very accurate review but most importantly nestearly and understandable. I bought the watch because it's my first smartwatch and I have no experience, so I'll start from the ground up.
Very high quality workmanship and good price plus CZ company
Great watch for the price. If I take the price of replacement straps, the actual watch is about three hundred. But that's a marketing thing.
I focused on measuring blood pressure. It is clear that with this watch, which does not have a special adapter for real blood pressure measurement, the measurement takes place only with the help of a light probe shining somewhere on the wrist. ProI took 70 measurements with the watch and thirty measurements with a professional blood pressure monitor with a cuff on my arm. The result surprised me quite a bit. The 70 measurements with the watch were different. miniThere was a negligible deviation and it differed slightly from the measurement result with the device with the cuff. ProThe professional device showed a slightly higher pressure. Maybe when the watch measured 128/83, the professional device shows 132/85. I think this comparison is a good candidate for an approximate blood pressure measurement. Otherwise, what bothers me about the device is that the display lights up even at night. I can't turn it off at night. I have to take the watch off at night. I'll have to figure that out.

The blood pressure measurement is completely out of the question - not usable or indicative, my wife has low blood pressure, I have high blood pressure. Measurements on alligators and then a normal blood pressure monitor. The watch measured the ideal pressure for both of them repeatedly. The display activation when raising the hand also works incorrectly - sometimes yes, sometimes not. Preview of messages from the native application in ios traditionally it doesn't work, weather updates and call cancellation from the watch also don't. In contrast to cheap Chinese ones, the only plus is the warranty, the question is whether it's worth the price difference of about 50 euros.
I have this watch and it works perfectly as described. I am happy for them and congratulate the company for being able to put everything together in this way. 🥳🥳

I like the look the most, the watch seems robust, it has everything I need, I also bought the watch already unpacked for a price of 1100 CZK, so I am really happy, everything works as it should and the idea that Apple watch are about 12 times more expensive, I am even more happy that I have a good smart watch for only a plate.

Apart from the fact that they look good, there is nothing good about them. Heart rate measurement, O2 saturation, steps, pressure (this is completely ridiculous) is just a random number generator. They are life-threatening, you expect normal pressure and pulse, but you can have heart attack values... .

I have had this watch for almost a year now. And I can't help it...I'm more than satisfied.
I have continuous heart rate monitoring turned on, notifications for Messenger, SMS, Gmail, Facebook and calls. I turned off sleep monitoring because (as already mentioned here), the watch does not measure daytime sleep or multiple “crunches”. So for me, who works at night, it is useless. And when I do not monitor sleep, I turn off the watch at night. At approximately 23:00 PM and in the morning around 20:16 AM I turn it on again. Ladies and gentlemen… today, after XNUMX days, I still have XNUMX%!!!
It goes without saying that there are flies. But for the price!? Peers who overlook that some funlce are "experimental" and pragmatically verify them should not dissuade you from buying. This sort of people could put you off anything. Perhaps even from food.
In my opinion, this is an excellent buy for someone who wants to try out wearable electronics. Or for those who already have narrow fit bracelets up to their neck. And I can say from my own experience that it takes about twelve minutes (it takes the longest time to change the dial – synchronizing the new one) to turn a work or sports watch into a social watch.

I managed to combine it with another discount and for the watch I paid almost CZK 1.600 including shipping (which was not free). If that still seems like a lot to you, try looking up the prices of the cheapest silicone, metal and leather straps. Immediately the price will look different. In addition, the straps supplied as standard are universal for other watches as well. And the delivered ones are definitely not that cheap!
And what?onec… it really has its flaws.
– six dials are installed in the watch..well, nothing much. But they cannot be played by others. In practice, you can download xtero watch faces to the application on your phone, but you can always change only one, the current one. Supplied as standard, for possible quick change, cannot be played.
– sleep is measured only once, in the night hours. And it takes quite a while for him to evaluate himself. Therefore, if you go to the toilet at night and have a drink, or if you are woken up by an insistent boss, the measured value will not be informative in any way.
- the application itself then has a "problem" with the graphical representation of your activities during the week, month, year. Not that you wouldn't find out, for example, how much you walked on average, how much the most, etc. But you will find it out from four numerical windows, without the possibility of graphically tracing the curve of activities.
– the display is, unfortunately, sensitive to touch. If you wash your hands more vigorously, you will also know what time it is.
– I turned off the function of turning the display on by turning the wrist right from the start. It's very out of tune, so the watch was shining on my wrist without me wanting it, and when I tried to tell the time, I looked like an idiot doing weird exercises for my left hand at the train station. But this feature can be easily turned off. The watch does not "light up" if you don't want it to and if you are interested in finding out the time, tap your finger on the watch display or press the side button. Hopeful, efficient and sometimes even spectacular.
– in the end, perhaps only exchangeable dials. I don't know who creates it, but over time you will find that everyone is missing something. Something that another has, which in turn lacks something else. It's basically a rash, but it also exists. I solved it by liking three dials
In summary? If I forget that it is a Czech manufacturer, and therefore a simple claim and availability, when you look at possible discounts on individual websites, you won't buy anything better!
I have had this watch for 3 months. Everything works except sleep mode. I have already sent a question twice to questions@adart. cz, the first 2.!, but no answer. There is nothing in the manual about any setting of this mode, only about starting all modes.
