The Japanese company Gital believes that in the future, humanoid robots could operate instead of humans, not only on orbital stations. The representatives of this startup base their ideas on several arguments. The use of robots would allegedly save 90% of the cost of one person in space. Of course, if something were to happen, the loss of the robot would not be so bad. The biggest challenge at the moment, however, is the development of a robot that would truly replace a person in space. The head of the company said in an interview that he wants their robots to form bases for Blue Origin and SpaceX.
