We recognize that there is an incredible amount of FPS games on mobile devices, and only a million of them could be called so-so quality. Unfortunately, this market saturation has become the norm and the vast majority of new additions to this genre are just copying the old successful model. Nevertheless, there were a few bright exceptions such as Call of Duty Mobile, which attracted tens of millions of players, and the upcoming shooter Red Dot: Front Line has the same potential. Although it looks quite ordinary and even by the standards of mobile gaming, it offers a proven procedure that is significantly inspired by the legendary Counter-Strike.
If you've always been impressed by Counter-Strike and couldn't get enough of the fight between counter-terrorist units and dangerous gunmen, we have good news for you. Until now, there has been no similar title on mobile devices, and although there have been a few bold attempts, there has never been an exemplary balance of gameplay and individual game elements. Red Dot: Front Line will try to change that, promising simple but addictive gameplay, intuitive controls, innovative game mechanics and a pleasant audiovisuals that will keep you glued to your screens for a very long time. Players on iOS They'll have to wait a few weeks, as the game won't arrive on Apple's system until next month, but Android users can celebrate. Either way, judging by the previews so far, we definitely have something to look forward to.
The main premise of the game is to be a trio of old familiar game modes, which includes the traditional Team Deathmatch, Bombing Mission, where it will of course be a question of whether the special forces will manage to deactivate a bomb, and Sniper Mode. This one speaks for itself, but we can't quite imagine what using a sniper rifle on a touchscreen will look like. So don't expect elegant and effective one-shot kills like Call of Duty and Counter-Strike. However, if you love good old FPS games and you missed a similar title on mobile devices, we recommend following the events surrounding the game and as soon as pre-registrations are released, head to App Store and give this shooter a tryanci.
