Each social network has its own rules. Twitter has one that says a user may not threaten violence against an individual or group of people, or threaten terrorism or promote terrorism or violent extremism. In the eyes of some countries, Hezbollah and Hamas are organizations associated with terrorism, which is why Twitter decided to cut them off.
