A few days ago, news spread on the Internet about the end of the popular sales portal letgo.cz, when it was not possible to add more advertisements and the entire operation of the website was to be terminated on March 31. However, it now appears that this was just a premature April Fool's joke. Letgo.cz continues to function and it is also possible to add new advertisements. Whether it was a joke or, for example, the site fell into the hands of new owners, it was a great marketing move. The server was written about on many Czech news sites, and after all, they say that even negative advertising is still advertising.
No advertising is bad, as you write, it certainly could have brought them new customers, but I don't think they would have had a few, thanks to the giant TV campaign, they certainly had all the possible and the impossible, sellers and buyers on their side, regardless of the fact that there a person didn't (doesn't) have to pay any "tax" for the sale, like for example on Aukra. Just out of curiosity, he placed an ad, so we'll see :D
did the info come out that it ends and then two updates of the app came? even then it was strange why they would do it...otherwise a great app
So LetGo is not only in the Czech Republic. So you may continue to receive updates :)
Posted an ad today and everything is working. Hopefully this is not just some internal error of theirs, when the dialog preventing the display of the offer simply stopped being displayed :-D
