Instagram has begun testing user tagging in videos

Instagram is testing a feature that will allow users to tag friends in videos. So if you want to see who's tagged in a video, just click the View Tagged People icon in the bottom left corner , which will take you to a separate page with a list of everyone tagged in the video. Currently, videos don't appear on tagged users' profiles like photos do, but that could change if Instagram decides to actually implement the feature in the app.
