If you want to end your contract with your current operator and switch to another one, you have two options. Either you wait until your contract expires or you pay a fine.
They now have a considerable advantage in Slovakia. If they decide to go to O2 and the fine from the "old operator" will not exceed 150 euro, O2 she will pay for them. This will save customers from worries and unnecessary expenses, which is definitely not a bad thing in today's world.

Vodafone is Vodafoneone ❤️
Denis DN
It can be seen that O2 is already making desperate solutions....
Probably not when it is the largest operator in the Czech Republic with the highest earnings. In addition, no company makes desperate or senseless solutions, then they probably wouldn't exist, would they. Your post is completely off the mark, as are most people here.
Tomáš Vlasák Some have good experiences and some have bad experiences. I'm very bad and not only with pausal but also other services? A lot of companies make desperate decisions when they try to save something that didn't work out for them. I understand that you will be satisfied or you work for them. I don't take it from you? Have a nice day Tomas?
Operators have been doing this for years?
Everyone? so the news again…..was blah blah
O2 is the worst thing that could ever happen to me. Vodafoneone it's the ceiling. :)
O2 in Slovakia, they do not yet have a fully completed own network. In some places, O2 uses national roaming from Telekom in the 2G network (GPRS and EDGE).
❤️?
Jop
Well, it's not that kind of ceiling. But it's definitely better in terms of communication and banter than the O2 package.
MobilCZ ??
No longer …
Martin Rajchl why?
Denis Kučeva If you are 12 and don't need a quality flat rate, then mobile is probably more affordable. Pro not a normal person.
Previously free data but now they give you 200 MB per recharge which is damn little... I switched to vodafone and I have 12 GB per month
O2 spins
T-Mobile?
O2 is the worst operator ever ……
not that they won't get the money back later.. perhaps with some fake amounts on the invoices.. believe more...
Show me the invoice with the fake amount, I want to see that
Tomáš Vlasák employee of O2 ?
Tomáš Vlasák I don't hide 10-year-old invoices. You'll have to trust me. Or you don't have to, I really don't care...?
Pepa Mlejnek really??
Pavel Strouf I had the same problem about 6-7 years ago. :D
Jacob Daněk It will probably be something like that for me too.. I complained about invoices in one round and received credit notes from O2.. but I really didn't enjoy going through each statement in detail. I switched to Vodafoneone, but I had no signal at work, so I switched to a prepaid plan from Cactus.. I'm satisfied...
T-Mobile too
Really??
Tonic Běhal Yes. Personal experience.
Ah... I wanted to switch from o2 and they didn't offer me anything like that
It seems to me that it depends on how, where, what guy falls asleep at the helpline or in the store?♂️
O2 is shit, fictitious amounts on invoices, non-functional internet in Germany
Show me the invoice with the fake amount, I want to see that
Oh, don't worry, I'll show you how they forgot to invoice and I'll roll the invoice for the next month
T-mobile is no better!
The fact that there will be a higher invoice or something similar is a weak concoction! I ported the number, I got a phone bonus, they paid the contractual fine for me, everything was fine :D I took my phone and recently found out that I am on the list of debtors in Home Credit?! WTF?!.. now I've had my phone for about the third week, I paid it off right after finding out about this fact, but I didn't see any proof that I'm no longer a debtordockI have a few weeks.. because Home Credit will tell you that you have to deal with it in O2, and in O2 they will tell you that we have nothing to do with iteurowe must in Home Credit solve :D sorry for such a long comment ;)
If you buy a phone from O2, then you still pay it off monthly. And what do you think it is? It HomeCredit paid O2 the amount that you have been paying every month for two years. But O2 didn't pay her back HomeCredit. That's why you're with them. I have the same thing. I took the tablet with a discount and I pay the remaining amount monthly and it's over homecredits.
It is so. Personal experience, fine 3000
So I rather paid the fine to leave them... =D
In Slovakia O2 maximal satisfaction. Private number, company number, everything goes as it should. No problem if the invoice is forgotten to be paid on time. I can't say one wrong word. No higher invoice was unjustified. Like for me. I've been here for many years, maybe since O2 was in Slovakia. I'm a little sorry that there isn't even good coverage everywhere, but the youngest operator is here. I accept it. And always better than our 4KA. ;) have a nice day
Hey, I'm going to calculate the fine for you as a lump sum, do you have to write that in there as well?
!!! GRAMMAR!!!!
It's best to have nothing, and it's quiet. There's no way to negotiate with your friends from the window.
Exactly, knock on the window, hand over the goods, have a little chat and that's it.
Jirka Rückauf exactly like that?
O2 are mainly shit :) I threw NOK 6500 out the window :)
Vodafone what ??
O2 the worst thing that exists, sometimes I think that I employ people from the auxiliary school? golden Tmobile?
Fortunately, I left O2 when their internet terms changed and afteronec they even refunded my fine :-D actually it took our whole family almost 5 months to leave because of the constant excuses, mistakes, lost contracts, etc. but nakoneWe left without a fine. And never again to O2 :D
On Wednesday I was in Vaňkovce in Brno and walked past the Vodafone store.one (full) and then around the O2 store (only three employees)anci) I was quite amused by it
However, you need to read the terms and conditions :D the paid fine will be charged to you at €5 per month, so you will pay the fine anyway :))
