Kaspersky Lab launches a new version of Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Mac on the Czech market. Business solutions for computers Apple is available as part of the Kaspersky Endopoint Security for Business series, which can be managed using a single Kaspersky Security Center console.
Designed to meet the security needs of heterogeneous IT environments, the new version of Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Mac combines comprehensive protection, efficiency and ease of use. It offers Mac OS owners a range of new security benefits and provides them with a wide range of tools and technologies that are easy to implement and use. In addition, integration with Kaspersky Security Network will allow companies to take advantage of cloudA new security database to quickly identify malware and other suspicious activities.
Prothat Mac OS already represents a significant portion of endpoints on the market (6%) and its representation still growing, the volume of malware targeting this system is also on the rise. The trend is also the expansion of heterogeneous networks within medium-sized and large enterprises. A variety of platforms (incl Windows, Mac, Linux and virtual environment) used in modern organizations makes it difficult to secure the IT environment and valuable business data. Among other things, the decentralization of operations contributes to the complexity. In response to these trends, Kaspersky Lab has updated the Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Business line with Kaspersky Endpoint Security 10 for Mac.
The solution also includes Network Attack Blocker, which monitors suspicious activities in corporate networks and enables IT specialists to determine in advance how their systems will react when such activity is detected. The goal of this application is to block network attacks including port scanning, buffer overflows, denial-of-service attacks, and other malicious activities targeting programs and services on the network.
Kaspersky Lab has also added Web technologies to Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Mac Protection and Anti-phishing that protect customers and their employeesance against online threats. These technologies examine all incoming and outgoing traffic and block malicious scripts without impacting system resources. This helps customers combat fraudsters who use phishing sites to gain access to private and financial information, and also increases the level of protection against specific threats targeting Mac.
