Press Release: The web invoicing system Faktura Online celebrated five years on the Czech market in mid-May. One of the most widely used web applications for managing invoices is now routinely used by over 70 users who have already invoiced more than 5 billion crowns through it. For the jubilee fifth birthday, the creators of the project, the Prague company Blueberry, have prepared a number of novelties.
The biggest advantage Invoices Online is its intuitive and simple system, thanks to which you can easily and quickly issue an invoice directly on the Internet. After all, 70 users appreciate the useful features of Faktury Online, with roughly 1 more added every month. In addition to the mentioned simplicity, the new user of the application is also attracted by its price, because it can be used for as little as 500 crowns per month. At the same time, the functions available to Faktura Online are gradually increasing. Recently, for example, the system was optimized, thanks to which the entire process of issuing invoices was accelerated.
Using Invoice Online eliminates the tedious process of issuing invoices with traditional Excelem. In addition to a classic invoice, the web application can also issue several other types of invoices, such as a classic tax document, a proforma invoice or an invoice for non-VAT payers. All types of documents are automatically generated in PDF, there is no need to print and store them. They are all safely stored on cloudaccount.
Faktura Online is the only one on the market that does not draw data on entities from the often faulty ARES system, but for complete and correct data it reaches into all available databases of the Czech state administration. Thanks to the automatic loading of this data, issuing invoices is an efficient and quick matter that does not force users to spend a long time filling in the necessary information.

eM007: and how fast do you make payments? so how are your smilies? it's about framing the robot. I'm not interested in online invoices, I have a Slovak application for that, which is closer to me.
eM007: the purpose of such applications is also so that you do not wait to issue invoices until you get home, you will have time to open the accounting software, but you are probably not in the game. Simply expose it as soon as you submit the work.
I work in transport, I issue invoices for 10s of thousands of euros a month... and there are many "forwarding companies" who slowly ask the carrier for a birth certificate before concluding a transport contract, they are due at least 60 or more days... and after half a year we can happand when we see them... but fortunately this is a small part of the customers.
