Last year, the company reported a loss ofonec filed for bankruptcy protection in a German court and declared bankruptcy in October last year. In addition to the financial crisis, the company's sales slump was also due to the fact that Asian manufacturers, especially Samsung and LG, are now able to offer very high-quality TVs with luxurious picture and sound at much lower prices than Loewe.
The German manufacturer of luxury televisions Loewe will be saved from bankruptcy by a group of investors. Even before this event took place, however, there was speculation in 2012 that Loewe would take Apple and even a specific amount fell, Apple was supposed to offer 87 million Euros for the takeover of Loewe.
