As it turns out, Samsung it is really serious about its smart watch and it is very likely that it will be launched in a few weeks, on September 4th / September 2013. Samsung should be organized by the UNpackEpisode 2 event, at which he intends to present the third generation of his phablet, Galaxy Note III. Smart watches from Samsung bear the name Galaxy Gear and are codenamed SM-V700, using a special version of Android for functionality. The watch should serve as a complement to smartphones with the Android system.
So what can we expect? According to information received by the SamMobile portal, the smartwatch should have the following hardware:
- Samsung dual-core processor Exynos 4212 with a frequency of 1,5GHz
- Mali-400 MP4 graphics chip
- 1GB RAM
- 1,67″ AMOLED display with a resolution of 320 x 320 pixels (we do not know if it will be flexible)
- 2-megapixel camera
- Bluetooth NFC
The watch has been talked about for a long time. It feels like everyone is waiting to see what it will come out with. Apple.
For a watch I think it has a huge performance, I would be interested in the endurance. What is the camera for?
