Microsoft removed Service Pack 2 per Office 2011 for Mac, damaged Outlook

Microsoftwith the second Service Pack pro Office 2011 for Mac was not very successful. Not only did users not notice the significant acceleration that the company had announced, but they also experienced an undesirable effect. Service Pack 2 per Office 2011 for Mac corrupts the Outlook database. Paradoxically, the main goal of this hotfix package, which began Microsoft distributed at the end of the week before last was an improvement in the stability and performance of Outlook. Service Pack 2 has been removed from the AutoUpdate application that used to update Office 2011 for Mac and we can expect a new, updated version to be released soon.
