Sites apple.com/download eliminated from the position in the top menu of the site bar apple.com the arrival of the iPad, which replaced the download section in the menu. After the arrival of the iPad, the download section could only be accessed via a direct URL, or from Mac OS X in the MenuBar via the Mac Software item, which was replaced in the menu with the arrival of Mac OS X 10.6.6 by the item App StoreThe same thing happened with the address apple.com/download, which now only warns users that all software for Mac OS X computers can be found at App StoreThe website also offers a Dashboard Widgetya browser improvements Safari, however, you will no longer find software for Mac here. This is the end of a legendary site where users have been downloading all the software for their Macs for years that they wanted to have truly tested and functional. Just like on App Store go to the download section on the website Apple only verified and functional applications were given.
