It has been rumored for a long time that the company Apple is preparing his folding iPhoneAccording to some theories, this should to bear the name iPhone Ultra. When you look at foldable phones from competitors today, one thing immediately catches your eye. There's a visible crease at the bend. On some models, it's barely noticeable during normal use, while on others, it's noticeable every time you swipe your finger across the center of the display.
Display without distracting bend
It is this deficiency that Apple aims to solve. Analyst Mark Gurman stated, that the company has managed to significantly reduce the aforementioned notch. For obvious reasons, it will not disappear completely, but it should definitely be less noticeable than the rest of the foldable smartphones currently available on the market. Analyst Ming Chi-Kuo is even more optimistic in this regard, stating that the bend should be on the iPhone Ultra even almost invisible.
The reality will probably be somewhere in between. Apple It seems to be using technology that will reduce the notch, but it can't eliminate it completely yet. Even so, it would be a big step forward, as this detail often determines whether people will accept a foldable phone.
Resilience as the main attraction
The second problem is even more important. While foldable phones look attractive, long-term durability is not yet their strong point. The hinge, flexible display, and more delicate construction are places where the device can wear out over time. Recent leaks suggest that Apple on iPhone Ultra focused on making the phone feel more solid and able to withstand everyday use without worry. The goal is not just to make a good first impression, but to ensure that the device will perform just as well after months of use.
What will it be like? iPhone Ultra appearance?
If the information is confirmed, it will not be a clamshell model. iPhone Ultra is supposed to open like a book. Specifically, there is talk of an internal display with a diagonal of around 7,7″ and an external display of around 5,3″. This should be joined by a pair of rear cameras, one front camera and a return Touch ID in the power button instead Face ID. In the closed state it should iPhone Ultra so it works like a classic iPhone, while when opened, it should offer a larger surface area for working, watching multimedia content or playing games. The larger internal display also opens up more possibilities for multitasking.
I don't want to go back to the prehistoric days of TouchID... It annoys me even on the iPad, and my next iPad will have FaceID if possible.
if AppIf you manage to remove the notch at least as well as the Oppo Find N6, you will be very congratulated, you managed to remove it there and most importantly, you can hardly feel the hinge under it, which is the main problem.
