Apple continues its high pace of updates, and this time it's the turn of watchOS 26.4. This is the fourth major system update for Apple Watch since its release last year, with about a month and a half having passed since version 26.3.

You can download the new feature via the Watch app on your iPhone with iOS 26.4 in the General and Software Update sections, or directly in Settings on the watch. Just remember that Apple Watch must have at least 50% battery and be connected to a charger, otherwise the installation will not take place.

The update itself does not bring any revolutionary changes, but a few small things that will please you in everyday use. In the Workout app, you can now start a workout faster, just tap directly on the icon of a specific activity and you do not have to wait for further confirmation. There are also eight new emojis, including a killer whale, a trombone, a ballerina, and a slightly bizarre-looking deformed face.

Apple also added support for the new generation AirPods Max and as usual, there are also bug fixes and security patches. So this is not an update that will change your life, but rather another step towards Apple Watch they worked a little faster and more pleasantly than before.
