OpenAI announced new features for ChatGPT, which include integration with Apple Music and an improved image generator. These innovations bring users more practical and creative use ChatGPT.

Integration with Apple Music
support Apple Music will allow ChatGPT analyze a user's music history and suggest personalized playlists or song recommendations. Recommended songs can be clicked on to open directly in the Music app on iPhone or computer. While the integration is not yet available, it is expected to launch soon.
Better images within reach
The update also includes a new version of the feature ChatGPT Images, which now creates images up to four times faster and can edit only selected parts of an image while preserving the original lighting, composition and appearance of people.
The model handles adding, deleting, combining, and moving elements in a photo, leading to more realistic results. Adding text to images and overall scene layout have also been improved. OpenAI states that the new model fulfills user instructions better than previous versions.
On the other hand, the quality decreased when generating anime style and when editing images with many people. These shortcomings can be partially compensated by using preset filters. An older version of the generator remains available.
New editor ChatGPT Images includes dozens of styles and templates and is available in both the mobile app and the web. This makes ChatGPT better matches the competition, including the Google Nano Banana.
