Apple will not be idle even in the last weeks of this year.  News we saw this year at Apple Watch a AirPodech, are gradually opening up to users in other countries, including those where they have not been even hinted at yet. Unfortunately, one key one is still avoiding the Czech Republic - at least according to our testing of the RC beta.

The RC betas released just yesterday expand the hypertension warning for Apple Watch to the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia and Vietnam. Apple This feature is based on long-term heart rate monitoring, where the watch tries to alert you to possible signs of high blood pressure after 30 days of data collection. While the company admits that the system "will not detect all cases," it still expects to help more than a million people catch a problem they may not have known about for the first time in its first year.

Sleep apnea detection is also heading to another newly supported country. Here Apple This time it is expanding to Colombia. The watch continuously monitors breathing irregularities during the night and if they start to appear repeatedly, it will send a warning about possible moderate or severe forms of the disorder. Given how silent and inconspicuous a problem sleep apnea often is, this is a feature that can literally be a wake-up call for many people.

And to make matters worse, AirPods, with their new wave of assistance features, have arrived in another portion of European countries. Apple their availability is expanding to, for example, Great Britain, Germany, Austria, Poland, Swedencarska, Finland, Norway, Ireland or Denmark. Users will now have access not only to the Hearing Test function, but also to the Hearing Aid mode or, if you prefer, hearing aid mode and automatic Conversation Boost, which is supposed to help in situations where you need to hear the human voice more clearly and without surrounding noise. Unfortunately, it seems that the Czech Republic is still not on this list, as the device settings in the RC beta iOS 26.2 did not reveal this possibility. So all we can do is hope that things will change soon. Because ultimately, hoping is the only thing we can do now.

Overall, yes Apple confirms a trend that began to be rumored in the spring: health and assistive technology are becoming one of its biggest priorities. And while these features are not a 100% replacement for medical care, their increasing availability means that the devices we already have on our wrists or in our ears can play the role of silent watchmen, noticing details before we do.
