Warm weather has arrived earlier than usual this year. The Czech Hydrometeorological Institute (ČHMÚ) measured an average temperature of 7,9 °C in Prague-Klementinum in March. This is 1,6 °C above the long-term normal, making the past month the 18th warmest March in the last 251 years. The above-average March temperatures have contributed significantly to the early start of the gardening season.
