Are you planning to buy quality wired headphones? Then you have a difficult task ahead of you. Currently, there are a huge number of models on the market that differ in both their design, technical specifications and price, which makes choosing the ideal model quite complicated for less experienced users. However, in the following lines we will try to make everything at least partly easier for you. The Warm headphones recently arrived at our editorial office for testing. Audio WA-HRO, which proved to be very nice after two weeks of testing. So let's take a closer look at them.
Technical specifications, processing and design
Warm Audio WA-HRO HeadRoom wired headphones are equipped with 45mm neodymium drivers that provide clear and balanced sound. With a frequency range of 10 Hz to 30 kHz and an impedance of XNUMX V, the headphones are equipped with XNUMXmm neodymium drivers that provide clear and balanced sound.ancWith 45 Ω, these headphones offer a wide soundstage with high detail. The sensitivity of 100 dB ±3 dB guarantees that even at lower volume levels you will hear all the details without distortion.
In terms of workmanship, the headphones have a closed design that effectively isolates ambient sounds, which is absolutely crucial for professional studio work. The headband is adjustable and robust, which ensures that the headphones fit comfortably even during long sessions. The ergonomic ear pads are made to ensure comfort even during long-term wear. Of course, the ear pads can be replaced, which extends the life of the headphones.
The package includes a straight and coiled cable, spare ear pads and a reduced TRS 3,5 mm to TRS 6,3 mm adapter, which makes it easier to connect to an audio device. The headphones are stored in a special molded case that provides safe protection during transport. If you are wondering what colors the headphones are available in, it is specifically all black, beige-brown and orange-black-beige, which I had the opportunity to test.
Testing
I enjoyed testing the WA-HRO HeadRoom headphones on maximum. As a lover of quality sound, I had the opportunity to try them out for various types of listening – from rock and electronic to classical and jazz. And the results were simply great.
What surprised me the most was the neutral sound, which is key for headphones of this type. In rock songs, where there is often a problem with too much bass or, conversely, too much sharp sound, the WA-HR showed how they can handle the entire spectrum. The bass line is strong and firm, but never exaggerated, both in fast and slow passages. The midrange is clean and very detailed, which I appreciate when listening to vocals - the singing is beautifully intelligible and natural. And when I switched to classical music, these headphones really showed their strength in preserving dynamics and depth. No distortion, just clean and precise performance of instruments, which is very important in this genre.
The headphones provide excellent sound balance, making them suitable for any genre. Whether it's live recordings, electronic drums or delicate piano passages, everything sounds exactly as it should. I also appreciated their comfort during long listening sessions, when the headphones really do not spare your attention. The ergonomic ear cups provide a comfortable feeling even after several hours of listening, so they will not weigh you down even during longer listening sessions.
Summary
The WA-HRO HeadRoom headphones cannot be rated anything but positively. Considering their price of 3690 CZK, they are a great choice for anyone who needs high-quality sound and long-lasting comfort. Thanks to the 45mm neodymium drivers, neutral sound and closed design, they are ideal for precise monitoring, mixing and mastering. If you are looking for headphones you can rely on, the WA-HR is definitely worth considering.
