Don't be surprised by the weather
The Mapy.com application offers you a great way to keep track of the current weather on your route. Just plan your trip, whether by car, on foot or by bike, and simply activate the Weather on route option in the route card. Then enter your departure time and confirm the display on the map. Thanks to this feature, you will see a detailed weather forecast along your entire route, including temperature, precipitation and wind speed. This way you can get a better idea of what conditions await you and better prepare for your trip.

Save on fuel
To save on fuel these days, you can use the Mapy.com application. Just open this application on your mobile phone and enter, for example, “cheapest gasoline” or “cheapest diesel” in the search field. The application will then show you a list of gas stations in your area with current fuel prices. For more detailed information about the selected gas station, such as opening hours, available services and reviews from other users, just click on the station. Using the navigation in the application, you can then simply go to the selected gas station and refuel at the lowest price in your area.

Elevation profile of the route
Are you planning a bike trip and want to know what elevation gain awaits you? You can easily find out on Mapách.com. Just plan a route from point A to point B, either by clicking and dragging on the map or by entering the start and finish points in the search. Below the map, you will see a card with information about the route, including the length and estimated time. Then click on the "Elevation profile" button and a graph with the elevation gain of the route will open. The higher the line on the graph, the greater the climb you will have. By moving your mouse over the graph, you will see the corresponding point on the map, so you can easily see where the climbs are the steepest and where you will go downhill.

Where to go on a trip nearby?
Are you on vacation and looking for an interesting place to go on a trip nearby? Planning trips is a breeze with the Mapy.com app. To get started, search for the location you want to visit in the app. Then open the bottom tab and tap Trip Tips. You will see a list of interesting places nearby. Now you have two options – either plan a route or save the selected place for later.
