Popular Delta pro game console emulator iOS has received another major update that will please Nintendo DS fans in particular. Version 1.7 adds online multiplayer support, meaning you can now play classic DS games over the internet with friends, even though Nintendo's official servers were shut down more than 10 years ago.

Online multiplayer works thanks to community-managed alternative WFC (Wi-Fi Connection) servers. In the emulator, you just need to select your preferred server in the settings, without having to change DNS or complicated network settings. Supported titles include Mario Kart DS, Pokémon and Animal Crossing. A complete list of compatible games is available here.
In addition to multiplayer, the update also brings significant improvements to the Nintendo 64 emulation. You can now increase the resolution of games and use custom textures. There is also the option to quickly take a screenshot during gameplay, and the entire application has undergone a number of fixes and optimizations.
