If you are bothered by the asymmetry of the display, which we have been encountering on iPhones since 2017, when the iPhone X with a notch made its debut, which was followed a few years later by the iPhone 14 Pro with Dynamic Island, next year you will probably Apple will definitely please. According to increasing indications, it seems that he wants to Apple already next year to fundamentally change the appearance of the element in which the module for Face ID and the front camera is hidden.

Specifically, we should expect full-fledged hiding of Face ID under the display for at least some models, thanks to which it will Apple able to increase the total display area of the phone. Face ID currently takes up quite a lot of space in Dynamic Island, and hiding it would make it possible to virtually eliminate this element. After all, this is also confirmed by Apple's newly registered patent, according to which, after hiding Face ID under the display, it would be enough to leave a "bullet" in the display for the front camera, which so far cannot cope with the "lighting" of the display without losing quality. In the end, however, one thing that would probably not bother anyone too much, because compared to now, the "blind" spot in the display would be significantly smaller.

We can only guess which iPhones could get this solution, but the hottest candidates are, as usual, the iPhone 17 Pro (Max) together with the iPhone 17 Air. While the first named model series is a trendsetter in the mobile world, the second one has Apple put an extreme emphasis on design and a minimalist concept, so the elimination of Dynamic Island would suit her very well. Considering the date on the calendar, it is clear that there is still time for any premature conclusions and it will therefore be better if we wait a little longer for the final confirmation. In general, however, it is during this period that the first real news revealing what awaits us with iPhones next year usually appears.
