Apple a few tens of hours ago, he officially admitted possible problems with the camera of the iPhone 14 Plus, saying that he offers a repair completely free of charge if necessary. Specifically, the problem is that the phone won't display a preview of a picture taken through the phone's rear camera for an unspecified reason. And although many would probably say that if it is "just" not showing the preview of the photo, the problem will be in the software, the opposite is true. Apple because they have to solve the problem with a hardware repair.
According to information from the freshly launched patch program, the bug in question appears on devices manufactured between April 10, 2023 and April 28, 2023, stating that you can check here by serial number, whether you are entitled to a free repair or not. This would then be done at any authorized Apple service center, of which there are quite a few in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Users who have already paid for the repair can then get a refund from Apple, with the fact that they can request it either by email or by phone via the infoline. The only thing to keep in mind is that the new program applies to eligible iPhone 14 Plus models for three years from the first sale of that unit.
