Native Calculator application in the operating system iOS 18 offers, among other things, a new, partially hidden feature, which is currency conversions. Make currency transfers to Apple devices, of course, there was no problem even before the arrival of the operating system iOS 18 – for this purpose, for example, the Spotlight function or third-party applications were used. But now it is the first time ever that currency conversions (and not only) are integrated in the native Calculator.

In the operating system iOS 18 you can easily get a currency conversion by opening the Calculator app. After opening the application, click on the calculator icon in the lower left corner and switch the Convert button to the active position. You will now see two fields at the top of the display above the calculator keyboard - one with the default currency and one with the target currency. For both fields, simply enter the desired value and then enter the desired currency in the drop-down menu to the left of the given value. On the left side you will find a double arrow - after clicking on this arrow, you can easily and quickly switch the position of both currencies.
In this way, you can easily and quickly convert currencies, but also other units, in the native Calculator on your iPhone. However, in the case of currency conversion, it is quite important to emphasize that at the moment it is not yet certain from which exchange rates Apple comes out during transfers.
