AlzaBoxes are by far the most popular choice for many of us for picking up orders, whether from Alza or other online stores that offer delivery to these boxes. However, shorter customers in particular have long complained that if the courier puts their parcels in boxes on the top "floor" AlzaBox, they have great difficulty getting to it – especially when the order is placed all the way to the back of the mailbox. However, with that, it should be available in the foreseeable future.onec. Alza namely, it "showed its cards" on the social network X and revealed that it is preparing a new option that is intended to prevent problems with picking up packages from higher floors by short customers.
So as you can see for yourself, Alza already with your plans regarding AlzaShe really doesn't hide the boxes on social media, and there could be significantly more similar comments from her. So we can only hope that we will see this upgrade soon and even small customers will enjoy picking up their orders without worries.

I had a problem getting the package out. It was tight there and even worse at the very back. That was the problem to pull out.
