MS OneFootnotes

Microsoft OneNote is a popular cross-platform free note-taking app. Apps OneNote is incredibly generous with its note-taking features, allowing it to adapt to any of your specific needs. Each notebook is designed in the style of a ring binder, so it's divided into sections with subsections called pages. And each page is essentially a canvas on which you can add any note you want, anywhere you want. You can throw in some images, click anywhere to add text notes, and the iPad version offers support for Apple Pencil.

Google Keep

Most notes are not meant to stand alone – they serve a purpose. They're there to remind you to email a friend, help you outline a new book, or one of a million other things. These other things often require you to use some other app or service. For users who use multiple services and applications from Google, Google Keep will be a great helper. However, some may not be satisfied with its relatively simple appearance and operation.

Obsidian

Obsidian is a note-taking app for iPhone, which helps you organize your thoughts and insights. It lets you create notes, link them together, and keep track of your thoughts. Obsidian supports Markdown, a text writing format that is easy to read and edit. Its iPad version also offers support for Apple Pencil, of course, there is the possibility of synchronization across platforms.

Joplin

Joplin is an open source note-taking and to-do application that can handle large numbers of notes organized into notebooks. Notes can be searched, copied, marked up, and edited. Images and other files can be attached to notes. Applications for iOS supports markdown rendering. Notes can be synchronized with other devices via services Nextcloud,Dropbox, OneDrive or Joplin CloudThe Joplin application is cross-platform.
