It's no secret that Apple going to iOS 18 and other new versions of their operating systems to add a number of functions based on artificial intelligence that will simplify many activities. We are talking, for example, about various quick summaries of text generated from longer documents, simpler editing of photos and videos, more personalized playlists, and so on. However, as it now appears Apple wants to make the lives of its employees more pleasant with artificial intelligenceancum.

Portal resources MacRumors apparently originating directly from Applu have now come to the conclusion that the Californian giant recently launched a pilot program for operators providing advice AppleCare, which is based on artificial intelligence in the style of ChatGPT. Operators now have a new tool at their disposal that asks questions posed to them by users, with the tool's answers then being generated by artificial intelligence  from internal information databases Applu. So they are 100% verified, correct and at the same time available very quickly. Thanks to this, operators should be faster in helping users, their work should be easier overall and thanks to their new "knowledge" gained through internal AI AppThey should be able to solve many more problems themselves.

Currently, they operate in such a way that although they have certain information databases available, searching them is significantly more complex and longer compared to the help of AI. For more complicated tasks that would take longer for operators to solve, it is therefore easier for them to "transfer" them to higher floors. Applu, where more experienced, more trained support teams try to solve the problems. However, these may not be needed anymore, unless the user encounters something specifically for Apple still unknown.
