The Tečka application and its associated čTečka became part of the phones of many residents of the Czech Republic during the COVID-19 pandemic. However, as the pandemic subsided, the need to show vaccination certificates in many places also disappeared, and the application de facto lost its meaning. However, even then, there was talk that it had MiniThe Ministry of Health has other plans that will bring Tečka back to life in the future. And that should actually happen in a few weeks or months. After the update, Tečka should serve a similar purpose to a vaccination card. It will now be possible to log in to it via the Citizen's Identity, and once the user does so, they will gain access to the central vaccination record through the application. For example, the plan is to add the ability to view data about healthcare providers along with a map of their location, which should make it easier for users to search for them. It should also include office hours and other details, making Tečka's usability quite comprehensive.
