Top Gun 3 as a sequel to the highly successful film series set in the US Air Force is slowly but surely approaching! After Top Gun 2 drove the world crazy after its release and followed up on the success of the first part, it probably won't surprise anyone that work is already starting on the script for the third part. Top Gun 3 has already been confirmed to reprise Tom Cruise as Maverick and Miles Teller, along with Glen Powell as Rooster and Hangman.
Unfortunately, more detailed information about the release date or plot is not yet available, and we as fans can only hope that the wait will not be as long as it was between the first and second parts. However, given the "hype" created by the arrival of the second part, a longer wait in the result would be very surprising. The producers will definitely want to ride at least partially on the hype that Top Gun 2 caused.
