The fourth and so far the last beta version iOS 17.4 brings a new feature for CarPlayThis specifically concerns Apple Maps, which can now display graphic maps on the so-called virtual cockpit, i.e. on the display that replaces the standard dashboards in modern cars. Just iOS 17.4 brings the possibility for cars that have multiple displays to choose where you want to display the map data, i.e. whether on the on-board computer and its display, or on the virtual cockpit. The information in the HeadUp display remains the same and is displayed in the same way as on the integrated maps in the car.
