2024 is supposed to be the year when Apple is fully entering the world of artificial intelligence. Although it has been using it in its products for years, given the boom that has been happening around AI in recent months, especially thanks to various chatbots, image generators, and the like, it is clear that they must significantly strengthen this aspect to keep pace with the competition. Even such leaders in the field as, for example, believe in the bright future of AI Microsoft, Google or Amazonwhich if AppIf the AI (even more) giants escape, it could spell disaster for it in the future. But it now appears that the Californian giant has a plan to avert it.

She wants to use them to train her artificial intelligence, which should learn to "understand" the text thanks to them, which will enable her to work with it further. As a result, it is the absolute basis of its functioning, on which absolutely everything else will be built. And the price of this training? The people's 50 million dollars and that in addition to apparently every single publishing house for which Apple requires several years of access to their archives. So it's clear that he wants AI Apple to bet more and more in the future.
This is exactly the kind of step I was waiting for Apple. That is, not to "steal" the entire Internet as we learned from Elon, but rather to purchase data from a verified source. Furthermore, I am guessing that they will deal with some scientific data with the universities.
