Except iOS 17.1.2 and iPadOS 17.1.2 released Apple also a patch update for Mac a little while ago. It is specifically labeled 14.1.2 and you install it by default via Settings – General – Software Update. However, if you're expecting big news from it, you'll be disappointed - it's really just a bug-fixing patch.
