The days when you had to know your bank account number to send money to it are partly over. As of today, it is possible to send money to a bank account with just your phone number at six selected banks. The new feature is called Payment to Contact, and it currently supports Air Bank, Česká spořitelna, ČSOB, Fio Banka, Komerční banka and Raiffeisenbank, with theoneta and UniCredit Bank will launch the new product next year and it should make contactless payments easier overall.
The Czech Banking Association recently announced that the new feature is about to be launched, stating that in order to receive payments to a phone number, it must first be registered with the given account. Once the phone number is paired with the account, you can start sending money to it just like you did before after entering the account number. It's also nice that you can add multiple phone numbers to one account, so if you have a joint account with your partner, for example, you can send money to it using both your number and your partner's number. On the contrary, it is logically impossible to assign multiple accounts to one phone number, as it would not be clear to which account the given money should go.
As for the amount that can be sent to the phone number, it is currently set at CZK 5. However, an increase is being considered in the future, which would make the whole novelty more usable than it is now. If you are wondering why sending money to a contact is limited to 000 CZK, it is for security reasons, and for security reasons, for example, only sending money in Czech crowns is allowed. Sending money as such takes place in the standard way via internet banking or mobile banking, with the fact that instead of the account number, you fill in the recipient's phone number in the recipient's details, if it is already registered.

I don't understand what the poet meant by that. The only thing I understood is the adolescent infantile effusions of SZ and GOGO, they probably have personal experience :D
