If you own smart speakers HomePods on which you actively use Siri, the following lines may please you quite a bit. Apple last night, it released a new version of the operating system for these speakers, labeled 17.1.1, which focuses on fixing an annoying bug related to Siri. You will install the update by default through the Home app, but only if you do not have automatic updates enabled. If so, the updates are probably already installed. MiniI almost got all 3 HomePod mini, which I have at home, were installed during tonight.
Official update description from Applu
Software version 17.1.1 resolves an issue where some speakers HomePods may respond slowly or fail to complete requests for Siri.
I can't install it. They are downloaded, but when I tap on update, it just flashes for a second to install and then goes back to update status.... And in the household centers homeunder and also appleI pretend that I'm not responding. But they all go to control homekitthese devices. I don't know if it's 17.1.1 or something else is wrong. So far, I have just updated them iphone. Homeunder cannot be updated and on appleTV 17.1.1 did not broadcast.
