When a few days ago the company Meta, which operates Facebook and Instagram announced in a press release that it will soon launch a new subscription option in Europe that will remove ads from these social networks, quite surprising many users. Until recently, it seemed that the introduction of such a novelty would not be possible due to local laws. Nakonec, however, this really happened and what's more, the new feature is slowly starting to spread here too. Although only a handful of users apparently have access to it, as Meta is apparently planning to release it in waves, as is traditional, a number of users can already be seen on social networks, paradoxically led by the competitor X (formerly Twitter). screenshotfrom the mobile applications of Czech apple growers. Unfortunately, the news has not yet been offered to us on any device in the editorial office.
As for the Czech price, it more or less corresponds to the assumptions from earlier. For the removal of advertisements from FacebookOn Instagram, Meta will charge together 310,99 CZK monthly including tax, with the price likely to increase over time. This is at least indicated by the description that pops up for users in the activation interface of the news - it literally says "We start at CZK 310,99 per month (including tax). We will then not use your information in the context of advertisements." However, it is a question of how popular this new product will be not only in our country but also abroad. 310,99 CZK per month is definitely not a small amount – especially when you realize that in a year of using it, Facebookua Instagram without ads cost 3731,88 CZK. And what about you, are you grinding your teeth on this new feature?
The number of ads that are on FacebookI don't find it offensive and I find it acceptable. I don't see any reason to pay. Will the network be ad-free even for people with a paid sign next to their name or will they have to pay too?
If it was just ads, I won't say. But when I want to scroll through the overview of friends' posts on the wall, instead of 20 posts from friends, I see maybe only 5 posts and the rest are just ads or posts from sites I don't follow...
And you mean they won't try to force you to pay….?? It's OK now, but the paid version will come and there will be so many ads in the FREE version that it will force you to pay for it…. Unfortunately
This will be because ninety percent of advertising on Facebook does not look like advertising. In addition, they have your personal data, so advertising on Facebook is better targeted, which is good for you and for advertisers. You see less advertising, but it's advertising for something you might be interested in. Then you won't find it as annoying as a lot of pop-ups that you don't want to see.
Adblock will solve it on PC and on Android too. The problem is on ios.
Pro iOS I use AdGuard and it works great.
Na iOS all you have to do is put in one day's work and close all the ads on FB with a cross and you have miniAlmost a month of peace from them...
Hello, I have the same problem, it still happens to me. app Watch doesn't show connection, I have IPhone 15 for, unlimited tariff, service one Number active🤷🏻♀️, I've already tried resetting the watch app,and nothing permanent🥴
The main point is that when the ad is adapted to you, it really shows me relevant ads in most cases, so I have no problem even buying something via the link, so I think I'll realize this is what I wanted to look at. The ads don't offend me or bother me
I don't have FCB, only IG, so how do you deal with the price?
In any case, the price of over 300/- a month is a complete waste...
And the question of what impact it will have on advertisers so that they are still willing to pay for ads
I have FB, but I don't use it.
All messages and posts on FB are unimportant and sometimes misleading.
If someone wants to communicate something fundamental, important, they use a mobile phone.
Watching FB and IG is just a waste of time..
Paying for ad-free versions is, from my point of view, like throwing money out the window..
Na iOS he wants me Facebook 311 CZK, from March 503st then XNUMX CZK for FB + Insta, it will probably be cheaper via the website. I hope the EU will stop this behavior Facebooku will soon check and disable targeted advertising. This is nonsense. The price should cover the cost of advertising and the user should be free from tracking FacebookI have a few dozen friends on FB and Instagram, I delete old contacts from time to time, 311 CZK from me Facebook maybe in a year. Sure, the user has a choice, but we can give 1000 CZK per month and claim that users want to be tracked and we give them a good-hearted choice. Either an appropriate price or untargeted advertising. Everyone would get their way.
