YouTube Premium launched an interesting and, I might add, rather strange system of rewarding its users. While most tech companies are trying to fight addiction to tech toys, YouTube rewards you for spending as much time as possible with badges. For now, these are only visible on your YouTube Premium profile, and you'll find some really special badges here. There is, for example, the Backstage Ticket badge, which you get for watching one afterparty, or the enthusiast badge, which YouTube gives you for subscribing to a Premium membership for more than one year.
