It's not news, is it Apple is often in court over alleged patent infringement. Sometimes the disputes are relevant, but sometimes they are patent trolls who want to make a name for themselves by suing a tech giant. But maybe in a recently settled out-of-court dispute Apple felt he had made a mistake. The Apple company settled out of court with a man who claimed that AirPods came up with the idea. The out-of-court settlement was made just before jury selection.

Seung Jin Kim and Pinn Inc. they sued Apple due to patent infringement, which they claim occurred when the original patents were issued six years ago AirPods. The plaintiff is said to have come up with the idea and technology first. Seung Jin Kim is said to have come up with the idea eight years ago to eliminate the problems that plagued large and bulky Bluetooth headsets at the time. He invented a redesigned hands-free wireless headphone technology that was smaller, lighter, had a better battery, and a design that would fit better in the human ear. Kim also came up with the idea for a case. His sketch from January 2015, in addition to a similar design, also included a speaker, an LCD display, and a clip with the ability to attach the case to a shirt pocket. Kim requested Applu 60 cents for each set AirPods, or $42 million. But as we mentioned above, Apple settled with the plaintiff. The method of settlement is not known.
