Already 100 thousand customers use Alza's convenient delivery to all e-shop pickup points. That's exactly how many members are now enrolled in the new loyalty program AlzaPlus+, which provides free shipping to almost fifteen thousand delivery points for a flat rate of 25 crowns per month, for orders starting at one crown.
New program AlzaPlus + has its first significant milestone. Since the end of May, when it was officially launched, 100 thousand e-shop customers have already joined it. Thanks to the program, they can notchat free delivery on any order to AlzaBoxes, for branches and AlzaPoints and to all partner collection points and boxes of Zásilkovna companies, branches of Czech Post and Balíkovna or PPL Parcel shops, and thus significantly save on shipping costs, especially in the upcoming Christmas season.
"We are very happy that customers have liked the new membership program. As a company with many years of history, we are aware of the difficult situation many of them will find themselves in before this year's Christmas. Since spring, we have been gradually introducing new services that are intended to significantly ease their worries about Christmas shopping. One of them is the program AlzaPlus+, which saves not only money on delivery, but also time spent in brick-and-mortar stores, which they can dedicate to their loved ones or themselves," says the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors Alza.cz Petr Bena.
Program concept AlzaPlus+ reflects the growing popularity of personal order collection, which is now used by 85% of e-shop customers. "The Czech Republic is specific in this regard, while in Western countries, according to surveys, the majority of shoppers choose home delivery to the address, in the Czech Republic, personal collection at pick-up points prevails. If we add to this the approaching season and the probability of successful and timely delivery of gifts, it represents AlzaPlus+ the ideal way to avoid pre-Christmas stress and still save money," adds Bena.
For just 25 crowns a month, the customer gets a one-year membership, and can thus shop comfortably every day. Members AlzaPlus+ no longer has to deal with the problem of forgetting to add batteries to an order for a toy for a child, and can order them separately without any worries. The number of deliveries during the membership period is not capped and applies to all orders without restrictions. Current data shows that the vast majority of members choose the annual subscription, which is even more advantageous compared to the monthly one (59 CZK per month).
In September, additionally Alza prepared special offer for VISA card holders – if they purchase goods in the e-shop for at least 1 crown during the entire month and pay for them online with their payment card, they will automatically receive a monthly membership to the AlzaPlus+ completely free.
