American unions have come to the defense of actors working for Netflix. Previously, it was true that actors could not work elsewhere between individual series or films. So if it wasn't the main star of the series receiving a fabulous salary, there could be a problem. But now the unions have negotiated an agreement in which there will be a three-month period after each series or film when the actors can work anywhere else.
