Zombies still haven't disappeared from the most popular culture. The phenomenon, which apparently started with George A. Romero's Night of the Living Dead, is still popular in the gaming industry. Zombies are a great type of enemy that you can send in huge waves at poor players and enjoy the pleasure of their mass destruction. The upcoming shooter Dead4Returns uses exactly such a principle. She creates an apocalyptic world where the origin of the living corpses remains unknown. You are then dropped into such an inhospitable environment as a sharpshooter who will have the task of clearing individual game maps. However, although the game also offers a single-player mode, its specialty will be multiplayer cooperation, in which you will take advantage of teamwork and knowledge of the behavior of special zombie monsters.
From the gameplay footage and the concept itself, it is clear that the game is heavily inspired by the now-seasoned classic Left 4 Dead. However, it never found its way to mobile devices. Dead4Returns could replace it quite decently. The developers accept the limitations of mobile devices, but they do not compromise on the polished graphics. The game uses the Unreal Engine 4 game engine, so it will be interesting to see how it will beonec will reflect this advanced tool in the final form of the game. Dead4Returns enters the early access phase this month, where it will still be polished. The final version does not yet have a known release date.
