This week, the renowned Time magazine released its annual ranking of the 100 most influential companies. The companies ranked in this year's report were divided into several different categories - "pioneers", "innovators" or even "leaders". Apple this time earning recognition from Time magazine for being credited with increasing the number of essential products.

In terms of categories, there was company Apple named a "leader" by the editors of Time magazine.
