In a post on the DICE blog StudioBattlefield Mobile was announced, which should arrive on iPhones sometime in 2022.
In the text, the studio's CEO Oskar Gabrielson shares that the developers have been trying to create various prototypes for the mobile version of the game for some time. Now they have apparently come across a form of the game that makes sense to them. In the same post, Gabrielson teases the imminent introduction of a new installment of the main Battlefield series, but immediately points out that the mobile version of the game will not be based on it, but will be an independent, unique project. It is now in the hands of developers from the Industrial Toys studio, which specializes in developing games for mobile devices. It is not yet clear when a major reveal will take place.
