Uber has been linked to autonomous vehicle testing for years. But the tech world was shocked by the news that the company's autonomous vehicle division, called Adv,anced Technologies Group is buying startup Aurora. No price has been officially announced, but speculation is that it will be around $4 billion, or roughly 87 billion crowns. The sale is apparently being driven by a crisis in the entire segment, largely due to the pandemic. We'll see how Aurora handles this deal.
