VOIX Premium Audio, a Prague showroom with top quality audio equipment, adds to its portfolio the renowned German brand Burmester, one of the world's most important manufacturers of luxury electronics, which for more than four decades sets the direction in the development of music reproduction at the highest technological and design level.
Award-winning German company Burmester Audiosysteme produces high-end audio componenty – amplifiers, preamplifiers, CD players, but also speaker systems or, newly, all-in-one systems – of exceptional quality. He takes the term “Made in Germany” quite literally. From development, through precise manual production, to the very careful final inspection of each product, everything takes place under the roof of the Berlin factory, which the talented musician and technical and business visionary, Austrian-born Dieter Burmester (1946 – 2015) founded in 1977.
His goal was to produce electronics and speaker systems that would allow the listener to forget that he was listening to reproduced music. All four current model lines – from the entry-level Classic, through the higher Top Line and the top Reference series, to the very top Signature Line, which currently includes only two models – are designed and manufactured for music lovers who expect not only the best sound from their equipment, but also an exceptional and timeless design. Pro This has been the brand's signature distinctive chrome finish since 1978, thanks to which Burmester was even featured in the New York Museum of Modern Art (MoMA).
Burmester also offers a premium multi-year service for its exceptionally designed, constructed and visually captivating devices, which includes additional adjustment of the device according to its original output parameters or an upgrade to the current technological level. The Burmester Automotive division supplies complete sound systems for automotive brands such as Bugatti, Porsche and Mercedes-Benz.
Burmester company Audiosysteme has been led by the founder's widow, Marianne Burmester, since August 2015, and since January 1, 2017, Andreas Henke has been its co-manager. Burmester brand devices are distributed in 50 countries on five continents. In the Czech Republic, its distributor – and new partner of the VOIX Premium showroom – is Audio – Perfect Sound Group.
