If I'm not mistaken, for example, the transparent cover contains a wheel on the back, which I assume is supposed to prevent fingerprints, and also a line downwards, so that there is no fingerprint from the cable as well. So they had to figure this feature out, and they are aware of it. And it is better to have the cover damaged than the device itself.
The wheel on the back of the cover are magnets (even the downward line) just like they are in the other covers (where they are not visible).
And the bit of magnets towards the bottom is used for accessories, where it is important that the mobile remains in one position (for example, a car stand).
But thanks to these visible magnets, the damage to the cover should not be so obvious. Anyway anyway, a lot of people have a cover without magnets and we know what they look like in normal phone use.
The charger will reliably wear down even the glass back of the phone over time. Good idea, but otherwise useless. The solution will be to put paper between the phone and the charger and that will pay off.
