Google has improved its app Google Lens, which can now learn to solve handwritten equations, and can also show the procedure. The company is doing this mainly for students who were unable to get to the desks due to the pandemic. This is of course nothing new. This feature was offered in its application by Socratic, which was purchased by Google last year. There is also competition in the form of Photomath, Cymath and the like.
