EVOLVEO introduces an external SSD with frames called Tiny

Press release: EVOLVEO is expanding its range of external drive enclosures with new models that allow the use of fast SSDs and USB C interfaces. These external drives can then reach transfer speeds of up to 10 Gb/s.

Using the EVOLVEO Tiny N1 or M1 external frames and a compatible SSD drive, you can easily get a stylish external drive for transferring, storing and backing up data. The drive is powered via the USB interface, no external power source is needed. Thanks to the Plug and Play and Hot sw functionsapping, installation, i.e. inserting the SSD drive into the frame, is easy and without the need to restart the device. The black finish and metal, compact design give the EVOLVEO frames an elegant and modern look of an external drive.

EVOLVEO Tiny frames are used whenever there is a need to increase storage capacity, transfer data or archive data. EVOLVEO Tiny frames can also give an old but still functional SSD drive (for example, after replacing the drive in your computer with a new one) a new use.

The EVOLVEO Tiny N1 is a frame for NVMe SSD SATA format drives, while the EVOLVEO Tiny M1 is designed for M.2 SATA SSD drives. Both frames support the USB A 3.1 Gen 2 interface, and are backward compatible with USB 3.0 and 2.0 interfaces. The respective interface port reductions are also part of the delivery. In cooperation with a supported internal SSD, these external disks achieve high transfer speeds of up to 10 Gb/s. The dimensions of both frames are 105 x 38 x 10 mm.

Frames for EVOLVEO Tiny N1 and M1 SSDs are available through a network of online stores and selected retailers. EVOLVEO Tiny N1 (for NVMe) has a recommended final price of CZK 890 including VAT. For the EVOLVEO Tiny M1 frame (for M.2), the recommended final price is CZK 590 including VAT.
