In the previous part of our series How to create a simple website, we showed how you can use the Sayweb interfacepage edit images. In general, the last part was more about designing, namely buttons or other elements. In today's part, we will look at the "functional side" of the entire website again. Specifically, we will show how to add a new section with content to our website, how to set the number of columns in a section, or how to add another element to a column. We will also look at adding a contact form, adding a new page, or creating a menu. We have a lot to do, so let's get straight to the point.

Adding a content section
We have already explained and shown what a section is, and possibly also a column, in the first part of this series. If you haven't read it, then definitely go to it, because you need to understand the theory first. If you find yourself in a situation where you have already edited practically the entire website, but you need to add some more information, texts, or images to it, just add a new section. You can add a new section to the website by clicking on the small plus in the circle on the right between the individual sections . As soon as you click on this icon, you will find yourself in the interface for adding a section. Here you can choose from several pre-prepared sections. You can filter them in the left menu according to what the section is intended for. You can also choose another filter at the top .

Number of columns in the section
If you've added a section, you've started filling in the data, and then you realize you've added unnecessarily column power so you don't have to worry. Pro deleting a column you just have to on it they ran over a mouse, and then tapped the option COLUMN. This will bring up the old familiar menu with appearance adjustments at the top right. If you want a column remove, so just tap on trash icon. If you don't want to change the number of columns in a section, then mouse click to packaging, and then again in the menu select in line Number of columns as many columns as are to be used. In case you want add another column, so the procedure is simple again - it's enough tap the column, which you already have created and then it duplicate and possibly move to the right place.

Adding elements to the column + expanding the wrapper
If you want to add an element to a column, just move to it and then click on the + icon in the lower right corner . Then you just need to select from the menu what element you want to add – for example, text, title, subtitle, button, image, etc. You can use this option if you want to create all sections according to yourself and not according to a template. After inserting, of course, the elements can be edited in various ways. In the classic setting, the covers have their own "fixed" width and are not stretched across the entire page, which may not be ideal in all cases. If you want to stretch the cover to the full width , click on the section, and then activate the Full width option in the menu using the switch.
Adding a contact form
A contact form should not be missing on practically any website. Whether you are selling or presenting something, the visitor to your website should always have the option of you contact. In the case of Saywebpage Adding a contact form is a snap and you don't need to set up any complexities. If you want to add a contact form to your website, then create a new section – see procedure above. In the window to add a new section, you only need to select an option on the left Contact form and choose one form template, which will suit you. Once you have entered the form, that's it complete the texts to the form. Patterns of the form itself, together with by email, you can set where the message from the visitor will go by clicking to form space, and then select an option in the menu Edit form. Here you can add or remove form elements, using the button Set email to receive messages you can then simply set the e-mail address to which messages from the contact form should go.

Creating a new page
Of course, not every user has to be satisfied with the form of a single page on the website – such a page is called a “onepage". If you need a more comprehensive website, which will have multiple pages, so believe me, this is not the case with Sayweb eitherpage no problem. Pro addition other pages to your website in the Sayweb environmentpage move completely up, and then tap on the top bar Sites. Then click here Add a subpage. Now choose how the page will be appoint, its description, URL address, and whether it should be appearance created pages from somewhere copied.

Creating a menu
If you create multiple pages on your site , it is of course important that the visitor can move between them. The menu, which is classically located at the top of the page, helps them with this . If you want to edit the menu, click on it at the top of the page (specifically, click on the part of the menu that you want to edit). Now click on the Hyperlink option in the right menu and choose which page, section or exact URL address the menu part should link to. As for the name of the link in the menu, just rewrite it as classic text.
